As the MSU Foundation embarks on its 50th year, there is no better time to be an alumnus or a friend of Mississippi State University. An outpouring of support from loyal contributors has been the catalyst for our success. On behalf of MSU, I thank you for your belief in Mississippi State and your willingness to place our university among your charitable endeavors.

In our 50th year, we will continue to share the importance of the StatePride initiative with alumni and friends. StatePride creates scholarships for students and provides opportunities for faculty development as the university prepares for record enrollment growth. The ongoing partnership between the MSU Foundation and MSU Athletics, which matches specific StatePride gifts, has proven beneficial university-wide. Together, we can successfully further the effort, and allow the university to reap its benefits.

As always, we appreciate your time as you consider a gift to Mississippi State or increasing an existing commitment. Many individuals or corporations often make the decision to give based on the strong potential MSU possesses to make a global impact through its mission of teaching, research and service. Once on campus, it is evident how contributions are impacting the talented students, esteemed faculty and worthwhile programs of the university.
