Recognition

Patrons of Excellence Club

The first structured donor club for Mississippi State University, the Patrons of Excellence Club was launched by the MSU Foundation in 1963. Since that time, the program has allowed the Foundation to build additional donor societies to honor donors as the university grows over time with increasing levels of private support. Each year, the names of donors at the Patrons of Excellence levels are published in the MSU Foundation’s Annual Report.

Donors qualify for Patrons of Excellence membership by making an annual gift or pledge from July 1 of the current year to June 30 of the following year at any one of the following gift levels:

Patron’s Council — $5,000 to $9,999
Patron’s Society — $2,500 to $4,999
Patron’s Associate — $1,000 to $2,499

The Dean’s Club

Mississippi State donors recognized at the Dean’s Club level provide support for colleges, schools and university priorities. An important source of operational support for university programs, Dean's Club gifts help with scholarships, equipment, faculty and staff development, and alumni programs. Donors qualify for the Dean's Club by making an annual gift or pledge at one of the listed gift levels. Although recognition levels begin with at least a $100 gift or pledge made annually, each and every gift is appreciated by Mississippi State University.

Donors qualify for Dean’s Club membership by making an annual gift or pledge from July 1 of the current year to June 30 of the following year at any one of the following gift levels:

Dean's Trustee — $500 to $999
